How to book NK Jaya 1 or NK Jaya 2: five messages to a deposit

Booking NK Jaya 1 or NK Jaya 2 takes five messages on WhatsApp. You send the boat, cabin, date and headcount. We reply with open dates, the price and the inclusions. A deposit of 50 percent confirms the date, and the balance is due 30 days before sailing.
Five messages from first hello to deposit
No form. No account. The whole booking happens in one WhatsApp thread, and every step ends with something.

- We answer. We list the open dates, then confirm the meeting point, the price per person or per boat, and what the fare includes.
- You pick. A date, a cabin and a boat, from what we listed.
- We confirm. One message with everything chosen, and the deposit amount.
- You pay the deposit. Your date is held.
The balance follows 30 days before sailing, and nothing gets added along the way without a written quote.

What to send: boat, cabin, date, headcount
Four facts, one message. A short first message gets a useful reply.
Boat first. Say NK Jaya 1, NK Jaya 2 or either. Then the cabin: Superior or Full Ocean, or the Master Ocean on NK Jaya 2. Then the month, or better, a one-week window. Last, how many of you, and whether anyone's traveling solo. The open trip is 3 days and 2 nights.
For a whole-boat charter, swap the cabin for the plan: a full day, 2 days 1 night, 3 days 2 nights or 4 days 3 nights. Past 10 guests (past 20 on a full day) the price changes, and we work it out with you.
The button on any page starts a message with the trip and the page you came from. Fill the blanks. Send it.
The open trip is a shared boat, and park tickets are never in the fare.
What arrives after the deposit
A written confirmation. It names the boat, the cabin or the plan, the date and the headcount. It also repeats the meeting point and time, and the inclusions we confirmed for your date.
It also carries the balance date and the terms. Keep it. If anything on it differs from what we said in the thread, tell us the same day.
Park tickets are bought online, in each visitor's name. So closer to sailing we ask for names exactly as they appear on each ID, and we tell you when we need them.
One person handles your thread from the first message to the last. Questions about pickup, packing or the weather go there too. Nothing slips between the hotel, the flight and the boat.
Pay, change and cancel
A deposit of 50 percent confirms the date. The balance is due 30 days before sailing. Prices include 11 percent VAT.
A date change is free 30 days or more before departure, and costs IDR 500,000 from 29 to 14 days out. Cancel 60 days or more ahead and the refund is 50 percent, and from 59 to 30 days it is 25 percent. The cancellation table lists every step. Read it before the deposit, not after.
The payment block lists the methods and any processing fee, shown up front. Children under 3 travel free with a parent or guardian; from age 3 the full price applies.

The replacement boat guarantee
Boats break. Harbor and park orders can close a plan. If the boat you booked can't sail, we offer a boat of equal or higher class on the same date, at no extra cost.
If we can't offer one, you get a full refund within 14 days. The guarantee covers the open trip and a charter, on NK Jaya 1 and on NK Jaya 2.
We name the replacement boat and send its photos before you say yes, and you can take the refund instead.
Weather is a separate matter. Every itinerary can change with the weather. Where the boat spends the night depends on the weather and the captain's decision that day.
FAQ
What does the written confirmation include?
It names the boat, the cabin or plan, the date and the headcount, then repeats the meeting point and time and the inclusions we confirmed for your date. It also states the deposit of 50 percent, the balance date 30 days before sailing, and the terms. Keep it for your records.
Do I need to fill in a form to book?
No. A WhatsApp message with four facts is enough: the boat, the cabin or plan, the month and the headcount. The button on every page prefills most of it. We answer, and the booking stays in one thread from the first message to the balance.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes, ask when you book. Prices include 11 percent VAT, and you book and pay PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, business ID (NIB) 1805260128363. Send the company name and address in your first messages, and we put them on the invoice before you pay.
What if I haven't heard back?
Message again on WhatsApp, and email sales@nk-jaya-phinisi.pages.dev with the same details. Asking twice costs nothing and can't lose your place. Dates are confirmed per sailing, so the reply names open dates only for the month you asked about. Include the boat, the cabin and the headcount again.
Is the deposit refunded if the boat can't sail?
If the boat can't sail, we offer an equal or higher class boat on the same date at no extra cost, or you take a full refund within 14 days. The deposit of 50 percent is part of that refund. You decide after you see the replacement's name and photos.
