Charter NK Jaya 1 or NK Jaya 2 as a whole boat. A full day starts at IDR 37,000,000 (≈ USD 2,270) on NK Jaya 2 and IDR 39,000,000 (≈ USD 2,393) on NK Jaya 1 for 1 to 20 guests. Overnight plans run up to 4 days 3 nights for 1 to 10 guests. A guide, photo and video coverage, and park tickets aren't in the fare.
One price per boat
A charter buys you the boat and the deck to yourselves. One price covers 1 to 10 guests overnight and 1 to 20 on a full day, so a group of ten pays the same total as a group of six.
There are four plans: a full day, 2 days 1 night, 3 days 2 nights and 4 days 3 nights. The 3 days 2 nights plan is marked Most Popular on the 2026 price list, because it's the shortest one that reaches both Taka Makassar and Manta Point. NK Jaya 2 is the lower price on every plan, and NK Jaya 1 sleeps one or two more.
We pick you up at your hotel or the airport, at 10.00 for the overnight plans and 05.00 for the one-day tour.
Both rate cards, and adding guests
Past 10 guests overnight, and past 20 on a full day, each extra person pays the same add-on on both boats: IDR 1,000,000 (≈ USD 61) on a full day, IDR 1,500,000 (≈ USD 92) on 2 days 1 night, IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123) on 3 days 2 nights and IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) on 4 days 3 nights.
Overnight, NK Jaya 1 sleeps up to 14 guests and NK Jaya 2 up to 12 to 13. A group of 12 on NK Jaya 1 for 3 days 2 nights pays the boat price plus two add-ons, and the per-person table shows each share.

What the charter fare includes
Meals are in: breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, plus coffee, tea, mineral water and snacks. A chef and boat crew come with the boat. The tender, snorkel gear, life jackets, the sundeck and lazy chairs, and pickup and drop-off are all on the list.
Flights to Labuan Bajo, your hotel, travel insurance, personal spending and tips for the crew are on you. Park tickets, a guide and photo or video coverage are separate, covered next.

Guide, photos and park tickets: separate lines
Three things sit outside a charter fare at every length, on both boats: a guide, photo and video coverage, and park tickets. The guide and the photos are on request, and we quote each one in writing before anything is added.
Park entry follows PP 36/2024. International visitors pay IDR 250,000 per person per day, and Indonesian visitors pay IDR 50,000, or IDR 75,000 on weekends and holidays. Tickets are bought online in each visitor's name, and ranger and pier charges are extra. A drone needs its own park permit. The park fees page has a calculator for your group.
A boat swap, or your money back
If the boat you booked can't sail, because of a breakdown or a harbor or park order, we move you to a boat of equal or higher class on the same date at no extra cost. If we can't, you get a full refund within 14 days. That covers NK Jaya 1 and NK Jaya 2 alike.
Weather is the captain's call. Stops can swap or drop on the day, and where the boat spends the night depends on the weather and the captain's decision that day. We pass on any change as soon as we hear it.
Deposit, date changes and canceling
A deposit of 50 percent locks in the date, and the balance is due 30 days before sailing. A date change is free 30 days or more before departure, and costs IDR 500,000 from 29 to 14 days out. Cancel 60 days or more ahead and you get 50 percent back, or 25 percent from 59 to 30 days.
Prices include 11 percent VAT, and the payment block lists every method with its fee. Children under 3 travel free with a parent or guardian; from age 3 the full price applies.

FAQ
Can you add a guide or a photographer to a charter?
Yes, on request. A guide and photo or video coverage aren't in a charter fare at any length, so we quote each one separately, before anything is added. A drone needs a park permit. Tell us the plan and the headcount.
Can I reserve a private charter date in 2027?
Yes. A private charter can be reserved for any 2027 date. The current price card applies until 2027 prices are published. If a price changes before your balance is due, we tell you first and you can cancel at no cost. Ask for the boat and the dates you have in mind.
What does the Most Popular tag mean on the 3-day plan?
It's printed beside 3 days 2 nights on both 2026 price lists, at IDR 56,000,000 (≈ USD 3,436) on NK Jaya 1 and IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) on NK Jaya 2. It's the shortest plan that reaches both Taka Makassar and Manta Point, with five snorkel stops and a day-3 return around 11.30.
What would 12 guests pay on NK Jaya 1 for 3 days 2 nights?
The boat price of IDR 56,000,000 (≈ USD 3,436) covers the first 10 guests. Guests 11 and 12 each add IDR 2,000,000 (≈ USD 123). The per-person table works out the exact share for 12. NK Jaya 1 sleeps 14, so 12 fits. Park tickets are extra.
Can the route change on the day?
Yes. All 4 itineraries carry the same note: the route can change with the weather. Stops can swap or drop, and the captain decides on the day. We pass on any change by WhatsApp as soon as we hear it, and a changed route costs nothing extra.
