Which languages do you answer in?
Replies come in English and Chinese during chat hours. Write in the language you're comfortable with, and we'll answer in English or Chinese. For anything with a price or a date we confirm, so nothing is lost in translation.
What do I send if I want a whole-boat charter?
The plan and the headcount: a full day, 2 days 1 night, 3 days 2 nights or 4 days 3 nights, and the number of guests. The base price covers 1 to 10 guests (1 to 20 on a full day). Past that, each guest adds an amount, and we price it.
