A team trip on NK Jaya 1 or NK Jaya 2 means booking the whole boat: up to 14 guests overnight on NK Jaya 1 and 12 to 13 on NK Jaya 2. The deck, the dining area and the Bluetooth sound system are yours for the trip. A guide and photo coverage are quoted separately.
The whole boat, for a team that fits
A team of up to 10 pays the base whole-boat price. Each guest above 10 adds a fee, up to the overnight limit of 14 on NK Jaya 1 and 12 to 13 on NK Jaya 2. A larger team takes both boats, or the one-day tour, which covers 1 to 20 guests at the base price.
Cabins are queen beds for 1 to 2 guests. A team of ten fills five cabins if everyone shares a queen bed. NK Jaya 1 has 7 cabins and NK Jaya 2 has 6, so a big team can't have a room each. Decide who shares before you ask for a quote.

What the deck is for
Both boats have an indoor dining area, a large outdoor area and a sundeck with lazy chairs and bean bags, plus a Bluetooth sound system for music. A short talk over breakfast works well. A boat day is a view, a swim and a long lunch, not a conference.
A meeting on board or on an island is an event we arrange on request, quoted in writing. Tell us the number of people, the length and what you need, and we plan it around the route.
Payment terms and the replacement-boat guarantee
Booking terms are KEXI's. A 50% deposit holds the boat and the balance is paid 30 days before departure. Prices include 11% VAT. Payment is by bank transfer in rupiah or a payment link for cards, with Wise, Revolut, PayPal, QRIS and Alipay accepted too.
If the boat can't sail, the replacement-boat guarantee applies. You get a boat of equal or higher class on the same dates at no extra cost, or a refund within 14 days. That matters when a team has fixed leave dates.
A guide and photo or video coverage aren't included on a private charter at any length. We quote them separately when you ask.

Day trip or overnight for a team
A one-day charter is the lightest way to take a team out. The day runs from a 05.00 hotel pickup to a return around 18.00 to 19.00, with three stops: Padar, Pink Beach and Komodo Island. It's IDR 39,000,000 (≈ USD 2,393) on NK Jaya 1 and IDR 37,000,000 (≈ USD 2,270) on NK Jaya 2 for the whole boat.
The one-day tour covers 1 to 20 guests at the base price, so a bigger team fits on a day trip that wouldn't fit overnight.
An overnight route gives a team time. The 2 days 1 night charter adds Kelor, Manjarite and the Kalong sunset, and a night on board. Where the boat spends the night depends on the weather and the captain's decision that day.
Plan the flights home with slack. The boat is due back around 18.00 to 19.00 on a 2 days route, and around 11.30 on the 3 days and 4 days routes.

Does the replacement-boat guarantee cover a team booking?
Yes. If NK Jaya 1 or NK Jaya 2 can't sail, whether from an engine fault or an order from the harbor or park authority, you get a phinisi of equal or higher class on the same dates at no extra cost. Or you take a refund within 14 days.
Can we hold a meeting on board?
