Graduation and reunion groups book the whole of NK Jaya 1 or NK Jaya 2. The base price covers 1 to 10 guests (1 to 20 on a full day), with more allowed up to 14 or 12 to 13 overnight. The cost per head comes from the booking table. A guide and photo or video documentation are not included.
Friends who just finished something
A graduation trip is a group of friends with the same calendar and a shared budget. The whole boat fits that shape. The base price covers 1 to 10 guests (1 to 20 on a full day), and each extra guest adds a fee up to the overnight limit of 14 on NK Jaya 1 or 12 to 13 on NK Jaya 2.
The more of you there are, the less each pays. The table below shows the cost per head at your group size, on the route you choose.
Reunions work the same way. A class of ten sharing five cabins is the neat case. Everyone gets a queen bed with a partner, and nobody is left out.

Splitting the bill between friends
Pick one organizer. That person gets the quote, pays the deposit of 50% and sends the balance 30 days before departure. Friends pay the organizer, not us.
Decide the cabin mix early. Superior cabins are on the lower deck. Full Ocean cabins are on the main deck with larger windows.
NK Jaya 2 adds one Master Ocean for 2 to 3. On a whole-boat charter the cabin mix is your call.
Park tickets are per person and separate, at IDR 250,000 a day for a foreign visitor. Flights, hotels, insurance and tips are separate too.
Cheapest overnight whole boat: 2 days 1 night, IDR 44,000,000 (≈ USD 2,699) on NK Jaya 2 or IDR 49,000,000 (≈ USD 3,006) on NK Jaya 1. The most popular length is 3 days 2 nights.
Photos, parties and the small details
A graduation wants photographs. A guide and photo or video coverage aren't included on a private charter at any length. We quote them separately, in writing, when you ask.
A celebration dinner on an island, a cabin decoration or a special dinner are events we arrange on request. They're quoted, so you won't find a price for them on this site.
Keep the rules light. Mind the park rules, mind the reef and mind the sound system. The boat has a Bluetooth speaker, and a neighboring boat has ears.
If the boat can't sail, the replacement-boat guarantee applies: a boat of equal or higher class on the same dates at no extra cost, or a refund within 14 days.
Reunions, or friends who have not met in years
A reunion trip has a different feel. The friends are older, the budget is easier, and nobody wants to sleep on a floor. The queen bed, the private bathroom and the air conditioning in every cabin suit that crowd.
Pick the cabin mix with the group's backs in mind. Superior cabins sit on the lower deck, Full Ocean cabins on the main deck. On NK Jaya 2 the Master Ocean upstairs takes 2 to 3.
Choose the 2 days or 3 days route and let the evenings do the work. The Kalong sunset on day 1 is a long stretch of free time, and dinner follows.
A reunion wants photographs too. Photo coverage isn't included on a private charter, so ask and we'll quote it.

How do we split the cost of the whole boat between friends?

Which route fits a student budget?
The 2 days 1 night charter is the cheapest overnight whole boat, IDR 44,000,000 (≈ USD 2,699) on NK Jaya 2 and IDR 49,000,000 (≈ USD 3,006) on NK Jaya 1. The one-day tour is cheaper still, at IDR 37,000,000 (≈ USD 2,270) and IDR 39,000,000 (≈ USD 2,393), but it has one snorkel stop. Ask us for the quote at your group size.
Can we celebrate with a dinner on an island?
On request. A dinner on an island, a private island dinner and a seafood dinner are events we arrange, quoted. Nothing is added to the fare without your yes, and the boat's route decides what is possible. Tell us the date and the number of guests when you ask.
Do we need to book months ahead for a graduation date?
Book as soon as the date is fixed. There are only two boats, and each sailing is set on its own. Send your month, your head count and the boat you prefer, and we answer with what is free. Graduation weeks are busy, so book as early as you can.
