Pickup in Labuan Bajo and extras for your NK Jaya trip

NK Jaya guests get KEXI pickup in Labuan Bajo free at the hotel, the airport and the harbor, in a car or minibus shared by your group. A Toyota HiAce of up to 12 seats, a larger coach, dinners on an island, decoration and a photographer are on request. Each is quoted in writing.
Pickup that costs nothing
Pickup is free at the hotel, the airport and the harbor, both ways. The vehicle is a car or minibus shared by the group. You don't pay a driver and you don't haggle at the arrivals gate.
Charter pickups are at your hotel or the airport, at 05.00 for the one-day tour and 10.00 for the overnight routes. On an open trip we confirm the meeting point and time when you book.
Tell us the hotel name, or the flight number if you want to be met at the airport. Send every arrival day. A group that lands on three different flights sends all three flight numbers, and the vehicles are arranged against them.
The airport is 2 to 3 km from the harbor, about 10 minutes by car.
A roomier van when you're twelve
A group of 12 should not squeeze into a minibus. The upgrade is a Toyota HiAce with up to 12 seats. A larger coach is available on request for bigger groups.
Each upgrade has its own quote, before you pay anything. The quote shows the vehicle, the pickup points and the times. You can decline it and stay with the free car or minibus.
Think about luggage too. Boat luggage should be soft bags, and the big suitcase can stay at the hotel. If your group has bulky gear, say so in the first message.
Tell us how many seats you need and on which flight. We confirm.
Dinners, decoration and celebrations
Some nights deserve a plan. We arrange a dinner on an island, a private island dinner, a seafood dinner and a special dinner for dietary needs, a birthday or a proposal. We also arrange cabin or deck decoration.
A request looks like this. You tell us the date, the boat, the number of guests and what the night is for. We reply with what the route and the weather allow, and a written quote.
You won't find prices for extras on this site. Prices depend on the headcount, the island and the season. Nothing is added to the fare without a written quote.
Free pickup
Pickup from your hotel or the airport is free. Charters leave at 10.00, or at 05.00 on the one-day tour. For the open trip, we send the pickup time when you book.
A larger vehicle for a bigger group is available on request. We quote it in writing before anything is added.
Meetings, outings and the photographer
A meeting on board or on an island, a corporate outing or a family gathering is an event we arrange on request, planned around the deck and the route.
A photographer or a drone is available on request, with a park permit for the drone. Photo and video documentation is not included on a private charter at any length, and is quoted separately.
These extras follow the booking, not the other way round. First the boat, the date and the cabin. Then the extras on top.
For a family gathering, tell us the ages and the number of guests, and we plan the evening around them.
From first message to written quote
Four steps cover it. The next block lists them in order, from your first message to the written quote and the deposit.
A request is not a booking. A quote is not a booking either. A booking starts when you pay the 50% deposit against a quote that names the boat, the dates, the head count and what is included.
If you change your mind after the quote, you owe nothing. If you change it after the deposit, the cancellation terms apply.
The steps in the block run in order. Skip none of them, and the quote you receive matches the trip you imagined. A quote lists the service, the date, the number of people and the price, and nothing is added later.

Is pickup really free?
Yes. KEXI pickup is free at the hotel, the airport and the harbor, both ways, in a car or minibus shared by the group. Upgrades such as a Toyota HiAce are quoted separately and are optional. A private car or a bigger vehicle is an optional upgrade, quoted before you accept it.
How many people fit in the HiAce upgrade?
Up to 12 seats. A group of 13 or more asks for a larger coach, quoted on request. Each upgrade has its own written quote, and you can decline it and keep the free car or minibus. Tell us the number of guests and the luggage when you ask for the quote.
Can you arrange a seafood dinner on an island?
Yes, on request. A seafood dinner, a dinner on an island and a private island dinner are events we arrange, quoted. The route and the weather decide what is possible on your date. Tell us the date, the number of guests and any allergies.
How do I ask for a photographer or a drone?
Message us with the boat, the date and what you want shot. Documentation is not included on a private charter and is quoted separately. A drone needs a park permit, and we confirm whether it can be arranged.
