NK Jaya open trip dates: how to get the next sailing

The NK Jaya open trip runs 3 days and 2 nights on NK Jaya 1 and NK Jaya 2. Each sailing is set per boat, so send your month, headcount and cabin type on WhatsApp and we reply with the next departures. Prices start at IDR 4,350,000 (≈ USD 267) per person, and park tickets are extra.
How dates work
Each sailing is set on its own, per boat. Tell us the month, or better a one-week window, and we check NK Jaya 1 and NK Jaya 2 together and reply with what's open. A week is easier to match than a single day.
Keep flights open until you have the date in writing. Then land in Labuan Bajo the day before, and book the flight home for the afternoon of day 3.

Three days, two nights, five swims
The 3 days 2 nights plan on the 2026 price list runs like this. Day 1: Kelor's hilltop, a snorkel at Manjarite and sunset at Kalong as the flying foxes leave the mangroves. Day 2: Padar at breakfast, Pink Beach, the Komodo Island walk, then Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Day 3: a last snorkel at Siaba and back in Labuan Bajo around 11.30.
Every itinerary can change with the weather, and the captain decides on the day. Dates, meeting point and the open-trip details are confirmed when you book.
The fare and the deposit
Superior is IDR 4,350,000 (≈ USD 267) per person and Full Ocean is IDR 5,350,000 (≈ USD 328) on both boats. NK Jaya 2 also has a Master Ocean at IDR 6,050,000 (≈ USD 371). Every fare is sold Min 2 Pax, and park tickets are extra.
A deposit of 50 percent holds your date, and the balance is due 30 days before sailing. The booking terms page lists the rest.

Which days does the open trip leave?
Each sailing is set per boat, so the days move with the month. Send us your month and the boat, or say either, and we reply with the next departures on NK Jaya 1 and NK Jaya 2. The trip is always 3 days and 2 nights, and the price stays the same from date to date.
Should I buy flights before a date is confirmed?
No. Keep flights open until the date and meeting point are confirmed in writing. Then land the day before and book the flight home for the afternoon of day 3, since the boat is back around 11.30. We help with flight times but don't sell tickets.
Can I book a 2027 open trip now?
Yes. 2027 dates can be asked for now, and the current price card applies until 2027 prices are published. If a price changes before your balance is due, we tell you first and you can cancel at no cost. Superior is IDR 4,350,000 (≈ USD 267) per person on the current card.
What if my date isn't open on the boat I want?
We check the other NK Jaya on the same dates, since Superior and Full Ocean cost the same on both. A group can also look at a whole-boat charter, from IDR 37,000,000 (≈ USD 2,270) for a full day on NK Jaya 2. Send two or three date options and we reply with what's free.
